The app won't install
A failed install is usually a settings or storage issue, not the app itself. Work through these four checks in order.
"Unknown sources" blocked
On Android, allow installs from your browser or files app, then retry the APK.
Not enough storage
Free up space on the device, then download the installer again.
Old installer
Delete the old file and download the current official version fresh.
iOS profile not trusted
Open Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and trust the Mega888 profile.
Start from a clean install
- Delete any old or partial Mega888 file from your device.
- Open the current Mega888 download hub for your platform.
- Follow the full guide for Android, iOS or Windows.
- If it still fails, note the exact error message before contacting your agent.
Only ever install from a link you trust. If a download comes from an unofficial site, don't run it.
