Keep a stable connection
Live games stream in real time, so a steady connection is what keeps play smooth and stops rounds dropping out.
Slots and table games are fairly forgiving, but live dealer tables stream video continuously, so it needs consistent bandwidth. Most lag and disconnection problems come from a weak signal or from other apps competing for the connection, not from the game itself.
Get a steadier signal
- Sit close to your Wi-Fi router, or use a 5GHz network if you have one.
- Close heavy background apps and downloads while you play.
- If Wi-Fi is patchy, switch to mobile data (or the other way round).
- Restart the app, or your router, if the stream keeps stalling.
